- Whilst we endeavour to meet every client's requested delivery times this is not always possible. The general window for lunch deliveries is 11.45am to 1pm. For times outside of this it may be required to organise a dedicated drop which unfortunately may result in a surcharge. Breakfast is delivered between 8am and 10am. Any deliveries before 8am will incur a £50 surcharge. Deliveries are available 7 days a week/24 hours a day if necessary. Deliveries outside standard working times may incur additional charges.
- Privacy & Security
- Bread & Honey guarantees that it treats all client information with the utmost respect and privacy. Details of our customers will never be passed to a 3rd party under any circumstances.
- Returns & Replacements
- We appreciate that sometimes situations change and orders are no longer required. We have a simple approach to this - if we have ordered the ingredients or cooked the food it will have to be paid for in full. If we have not you will not pay for anything. We believe in being flexible and will therefore never charge a client if we have not incurred costs ourselves. It is worth noting that if an order is cancelled at the last minute we may be able to deliver the food to an alternative address so that it does not go to waste.
- Ordering
- Ordering can be placed on-line or over the phone ideally by midday the day before the food is required. We will always endeavour to assist our clients and so it is always worth calling us to see if we can help (even if it is the morning when the food is needed!). Order confirmation will always be sent from the website or from the office if ordering by phone. If you have not received a confirmation email within 2 hours of ordering please contact us as this may mean your order has not been received.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All orders should be paid for on-line by either credit or debit card. Account facilities are available. Please call the office to discuss this further. Any promotional offers cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent and we reserve the right to change prices without prior notification. We do not retain any of our clients' financial data nor would we pass any information to third parties.
- Viewing Orders
- Orders placed on-line can be viewed by logging in with your own account details. Once an order has been received it may not be changed. If this does happen please call the office. Customers will also be able to view their previous order history, again by logging into their own accounts
- Updating Account Information
- Any changes to account information can be made by logging into personal accounts
